Join us for one or all of this series of Heart Jewel classes with Lamrim teaching and guided meditation, with Gen Kelsang Sherab. We will learn about the essential daily practices of Kadampa Buddhism which, combined with Lamrim, form the very heart of Kadampa practice. Gen Sherab will teach and guide the Lamrim meditations from The Mirror of Dharma.

Gen Kelsang Sherab is the Resident Teacher at KMC Glasgow and has been a student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso since 1998. He teaches with clarity and wisdom from deep experience of meditation, and shows us how to keep a happy heart in whatever we do.
