About this Course
On this retreat take your meditation to a deeper level and learn about one of the most treasured and blessed practices of the Kadampa tradition, ‘Heart Jewel’. Gen Kelsang Tubchen will explain how to receive the profound blessings of the Wisdom Buddha Je Tsongkhapa and his powerful Dharma Protector Dorje Shugdan. In this way, we can increase our wisdom, compassion and spiritual power and make swift progress along the spiritual path.
This is an in-depth retreat. Everyone is welcome!

About the Teacher
Gen Kelsang Tubchen is the Resident Teacher at KMC Glasgow. She is the former Resident Teacher of Nordic Kadampa Meditation Centre in Norway and former National Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition in the Nordic region.
Gen Tubchen has been a close disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for many years, and in 2003 ordained as a Buddhist nun. An inspiring and gifted teacher, she is loved for her clear, powerful and practical teachings and her deep experience of retreat.
With Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Tubchen
