About this retreat

Most of us put some effort into keeping our body healthy, yet we neglect our mind which is the source of happiness and wellbeing. If we can keep our mind healthy everything else in our life – work, relationships, self confidence – works too.

This course looks at how to keep our mind healthy and strong –  everyday replacing a little our unhealthy ways of thinking with thoughts that bring happiness and a beneficial approach to daily life.

Kelsang Gakyi is a well loved Buddhist nun with many years experience. Kelsang Gakyi uses her previous experience as a nurse and mother to share how we can solve problems and find mental peace by applying Buddha’s teachings in our daily lives.
