With Guest Teacher Kadam Adam Starr
This event is for the people of Glasgow and the west of Scotland and anyone who would normally have been able to attend in person.
About this event
Whether it’s a temporary falling out with a loved one, or a long term break down in a relationship, learn how meditation and improving our mindfulness can help us heal all relationships. We all have an innate potential to live with greater love, acceptance and empathy than we may believe at present. Discover how to cultivate this potential, by letting go of feelings of hurt, anger or resentment and find a deeper peace and joy in our life and relationships.
Everyone is welcome!
