About this course
Painful feelings such as craving, discontent, hurt, anger and jealousy cause us much unhappiness and stop us from being able to truly enjoy our life. This course will explore the simple techniques taught in Buddhist meditation to let go of negative emotions and instead cultivate positive states of mind.
Through applying these instructions through regular meditation and in daily life, we can all learn to live a happier and more fulfilling life.
