About this course
A guide to becoming calmer & more peaceful.
Painful feelings such as anxiety, discontent, anger and loneliness can often feel overwhelming and stop us from being able to truly enjoy our life.
Through learning some simple Buddhist techniques of meditation and mindfulness we can let go of painful feelings, deal more confidently and effectively with negative mental habits and cultivate positive and peaceful states of mind.
Through applying these instructions to our daily life, our difficult situations and painful feelings can become easier to deal with, our mind can become more peaceful and consequently, we can live a happier and more fulfilling life.

About the teacher
Gen Kelsang Osung has been studying under the guidance of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for 25 years. A modern Buddhist nun, she is loved for her joyful and inspiring presentation of Buddha’s teachings, clearly close to her heart.
