About this course
Keeping calm at Christmas can be difficult, but whether we have a happy or stressful time depends on our being able to maintain a peaceful mind.
In this special Saturday morning course, we will learn how to stay happy, peaceful and patient no matter what is going on around us. Discover how to de-stress and truly unwind with special meditations taught by Buddha that are suitable for all levels of experience.
