About this course
Learn to experience a mind that is as calm as the depths of an ocean!
Stress, irritation, frustration and anger are common experiences in modern life. These painful states of mind can easily arise when we encounter difficult situations. If anger is not recognized early on it can become a poison that destroys our peace and happiness and interferes with our relationships.
Join us to learn about the cool, spacious mind of patience, the direct opponent to the mind of anger and discover techniques for how to remain balanced, flexible and peaceful when things go wrong!
