About this course

Nobody wants to engage in compulsive behaviour that threatens their health and self esteem, yet we can find ourself doing this on a daily basis.

Nobody wants to hurt the people they love, yet it’s often easy to do. Why?

Bad habits make us unhappy, unhealthy and destroy our relationships and sense of self worth. In this meditation class series, Gen Osung will explain the negative mental patterns that keep us compulsively engaging in negative behaviours that harm ourself and others. By understanding our mind in this way we can finally bring it under control and find mental peace, freedom, integrity and confidence, replacing the negative habits with positive ones. We can break our bad habits forever.

How the course is run

When you sign up, you will receive a link to a video of each class. The link will be sent to your email address on the day of the class and will remain valid for seven days.

About the teacher

Gen Kelsang Osung has been studying under the guidance of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for 25 years. A modern Buddhist nun, she is loved for her joyful and inspiring presentation of Buddha’s teachings, clearly close to her heart.
