Breaking Bad Habits
Saturday 18 July Online
With International Guest Teacher Gen Kelsang Zamling
About this course
Our bad habits can cause us pain and suffering and can hurt those around us too. We can feel that it’s not possible to change but nothing could be further than the truth, we are in fact changing every moment.
Through Buddha’s teachings we can learn to understand how and why we create compulsive patterns of behaviour in the first place and consequently how we can let go of them. Through training in meditation we can gain the power to achieve peace of mind more and more of the time, creating the meaningful and joyful life that we actually seek.
Previously Resident Teacher at KMC Glasgow, we are delighted to welcome Gen Zamling back for this special online event!
