Abiding in Stillness | Sept 4

September 4, 2021 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Abiding in Stillness

Saturday 4 September In Person

Sunday 5 September Online

With Gen Kelsang Machig

About this course

In today’s fast-paced life our mind is often very busy and distracted. This can be exhausting, stressful and robs us of our mental space and clarity. During this course, we will experience relaxing guided meditations and learn how to develop inner stillness. By training our mind through meditation, we tap into our natural capacity for peace and become more inspired and confident to practice meditation in our daily life.

Everyone is welcome!
