On this half day retreat join us for three beautiful guided meditations to nurture our minds of love, connecting with our potential to experience these minds fully and deeply, and feel an inexhaustible fountain of joy growing in your heart.

10 – 10.45am | 11.05 – 11.50am | 12.15 – 1pm (3 x 45 min sessions)
