About these classes
Take half an hour out to cultivate inner peace so you can enjoy the rest of the day with an inspired and positive mind. These 30 minute classes combine guided meditations with a ‘thought for the day’ on practical methods of how to stay happy and positive through the challenges of modern life.
Everyone is welcome!
In person classes
The classes run from 1:15 to 1:45 every day from Monday to Friday. Please, pre-book a ticket for each day you wish to attend.
After you book an Online tickets, a link and password will be sent to your email address on Monday morning and will remain valid until the end of the week (Saturday am). Through this link you will have access to 3 x 30 minute meditation audio recordings which you will have the flexibility to listen whenever suits you. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk folder, as it may have landed there! Please note the links are sent out on a Monday morning so if you book after this time then there may be a slight delay in sending you out the links.
