About these classes
Take half an hour out to cultivate inner peace so you can enjoy the rest of the day with an inspired and positive mind. These 30 minute classes combine guided meditations with a ‘thought for the day’ on practical methods of how to stay happy and positive through the challenges of modern life.
Everyone is welcome!
In person classes
The classes run from 1:15 to 1:45 every day from Monday to Friday. Please pre-book a ticket for each class you wish to attend.
Links to 3 x 30 minute meditation classes will be sent to your email address on Monday morning and will remain valid until the end of the week (Saturday am). Through these links you will have the flexibility to access these classes whenever suits you best. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk folder, as it may have landed there! Please note, the links are sent out on a Monday morning so if you book after this time there may be a slight delay in sending you the links.
