About these classes
Take half an hour out to cultivate inner peace and enjoy the rest of the day with an inspired and positive mind. These 30 minute classes combine guided meditations with a ‘thought for the day’ on practical methods of how to stay happy and positive through the challenges of modern life.
Everyone is welcome!
The classes run from 1.15 to 1.45pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Please book a ticket for each class you wish to attend.
