We are currently offering 3 x weekly online 30 minute classes bookable as a weekly series.
Take a Breather
Take half an hour at lunchtime to cultivate inner peace so you can enjoy the rest of the day with an inspired and positive mind. The lunchtime classes combine guided meditation with a ‘thought for the day’ on practical methods of how to stay happy and positive through the challenges of modern life.
How the classes are run
When you sign up, you will receive a link to a video of each class. The link will be sent to your email address before the first class and will remain valid until the end of the week. We recommend you engage in the classes at the suggested times, although you do have the flexibility of accessing these classes at any time during the week to suit your own schedule. If you don’t receive the link, please check your junk mail folder in case it has landed there!
Time & Days: Mondays, Wednesday, Fridays | 1.15 – 1.45pm
